Tim convinced me that I should start using a newsreader, so while I’ve been procrastinating, I mean taking study breaks, I’ve been setting up an account at Bloglines. It does make it a lot faster to keep up with my regular reads, especially those (coughScienceBlogscough) that load really slowly. And it’s so easy to add new subscriptions! I think that might end up outweighing the time savings by encouraging me to follow many more blogs.

You might wanna also check out Google Reader. One plus is that it marks posts read instead of entire feeds (which is a must-have for folks like me who are always behind). And you can easily export your subscription list from BlogLines and import it to Reader.
And… uh… yeah. RSS readers will inevitably cause you to follow too many blogs and fall hopelessly behind.
Oh anyway, were you guys able to find E&O?

Oh, I might try that!
We did find E&O. It was good - thanks for the recommendation! Unfortunately we weren’t super hungry so couldn’t really do it justice. I think I liked it more than Tim did because it was pretty spicy (he’s from Minnesota you know).
